1. Are your translated documents officially accepted?
Lervice is a Singapore-registered company providing professional translation services in Singapore. Our translated documents are widely used for ICA, MOM, SPF, LTA, ACRA, courts, embassies and visa centres for immigration, visa and investment purposes. Over the past 5 years, we have maintained an excellent track record with no negative feedback. We also guarantee that if any translation error occurs, we will immediately provide a free re-translation or full refund, so you can use our services with confidence.
2. Do you provide express translation services?
Yes, express service is available. For common document translations, we can typically complete them within 24 hours. If you require faster turnaround or have multiple or complex documents, we can arrange customised express translation services to best meet your needs.
3. Do you provide certified translation?
Yes. Normally, we affix our translation stamp, company seal and signature on the translated documents, which meets most official requirements. For rare cases where courts require an additional certification letter, we can issue it accordingly to meet specific needs (additional certification fee applies).
4. After translation, can you arrange notarisation and apostille?
No problem. Notarisation and apostille are one of Lervice’s core services. If your translated documents require further notarisation or apostille, we can provide a one-stop service, usually completed within an additional 1–2 working days.
5. How can I submit my documents?
You can send clear scanned copies of your documents via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Once we verify the documents, we will proceed with the translation.
6. How do I receive the translated documents?
Once the translation is completed, we will send you a coloured scanned copy for online submission. The stamped hard copy can be collected from our office at any time, or we can arrange courier delivery. Collection hours are: weekdays 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends and public holidays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please inform us in advance before visiting.
