About the package price:
1. The adult price refers to the average price when 2 adults share 1 room
2. Children are 2-12 years old and share a bed with an adult. If an extra bed is required, the price will be the same as that of an adult.
3. Infants are under 2 years old and only the round-trip ticket fee is charged.
4. Due to limited hotel rooms during CNY, pls book early to get 4-star hotels.
Itinerary:
Day 1:
1. Depart from Singapore Ferry Terminal
Arrive at the ferry terminal 90 minutes in advance to collect your boarding pass and take the high-speed boat to Batam. Please check whether the ferry terminal is Harbourfront or Tenah Merah according to your booking confirmation
2. Arrive in Batam
After about 45-60 minutes of sailing, you will arrive at Batam Ferry Terminal. Please proceed to the customs hall to complete customs clearance procedures. After exiting the customs hall, our tour guide (in red uniform) will pick you up at the door. Please pay attention to your name on the signage. The city tour will start immediatly from the ferry terminal.
3. Light freshment at seaside
A picturesque new destination in Batam, offering stunning views of natural beauty and a beautiful beach atmosphere. Light freshment will be provided here. (subject to weather conditions)
4. Elite Adventure and Sea Sports Center
At this new location, you can indulge in various water sports and activities such as Jetski, Parasailing, Canoe, Banana Boat, and ATV rides, Archery though these activities will be at your own expense
5. Go to Batam's landmark “Welcome to Batam”
This is the most well-known landmark of batam and serves as a welcoming spot for visitors arriving in Batam.
6. One Stop Service Factory Outlet
We will visit several places for shopping and exploration, including Golden Layer Cake, Collection Outlets, and the 1st Factory Outlet, where you can shop for souvenirs and other items at your own expense.
7. The Illusion 3D Museum
Another attraction it's likely a place where you can experience mind-bending optical illusions, 3D art, and interactive exhibits that challenge your perception
8. Indonesia lunch
Enjoy a delicious Indonesia style lunch at local Restaurant (different restaurants will be assigned due to high demands during CNY)
9. Dino Gate's
This attraction visit where you can experience and explore related to dinosaurs and prehistoric themes.
10. Golden City
This place offers a wide range of sports activities such as High Rope Teambuilding, Go Kart Circuit Centre, Paintball, Flying Fox, etc. These activities will be at your own expense.
11. Go to Buddhist Temples
Visiting these Buddhist temples in Batam is dedicated to the worship of Buddha and promotes teachings of compassion, loving-kindness and peace
12. Shopping time
The final destination of the city tour will be the Batam Shopping Mall. Here you'll have the opportunity to shop for various items and souvenirs, offering a perfect ending to the day's activities.
13. CNY re-union dinner
At around 630pm we will take you to the famous Golden Prawn 933 restaurant for Chinese New Year re-union dinner, where you can enjoy Fa Chai Yushen (Lo Hei) + 1 Bottle Red Wine per table + Door Prize (Limited of Travel Neck Pillow) + Live Entertainment with lucky draw
14. Fireworks Show
A fireworks show will be held after dinner to celebrate this important holiday and wish you a bright new year.
15. Hotel check in
After whole days exploring we will send you to hotel for checking in.

1. Breakfast at hotel
Normally, our packages include hotel buffet breakfast, so remember not to miss breakfast time
2. Continue to explore the hotel or surrounding areas
After breakfast you can explore the hotel's facilities or continue exploring nearby attractions and culture
3. Check out and head to the ferry terminal
Most hotels will require check-out before 12pm. Our shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel between 11:00-12:00 to pick you up and take you to the terminal to take the ferry back to Singapore. Our bus will arrive at the terminal around 1 pm. You can take the ferry at 2:30 pm or later. Since the Batam Center terminal is located in a shopping mall, you can also have lunch there during the waiting time.

FAQs:
1. How to pay for the package?
If you place order from ServiceOnline platform then just follow the online procedures to make payment online using paynow or credit card. For those who are not familiar with online orders you may paynow to our company account directly, please ask for paynow QR code or UEN number for payment.
2. What documents do I need to provide to book the package?
We only need your passport copy and mobile phone to finish the booking.
3. How to redeem/collect the ferry ticket?
Customer service will send you a booking confirmation letter which include a barcode on the top to redeem the ferry boarding pass at the ferry terminal. You would also show this letter together with your passport to check in when arrive at the hotel.
4. When do I need to arrive at the ferry terminal?
90 mins in off-peak seasons or 2 hours in peak seasons before the departure time of the ferry to collect the boarding pass and customs clearance.
5. What documents do I need to take on the departure day?
Passport, Singapore ID/Permit, Vaccination Certificate and the booking confirmation letter. You are recommended to print out the Vaccination Certificate and the booking confirmation letter for a faster cleanrance.
6. Who will pick me up at batam terminal?
Our local agent (in red uniform) will pick you up at Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (pls pay attention to your name on the signage holding by guide). If you are arriving at Nongsa Ferry Terminal, the hotel will pick you up, please looking for the hotel sign board.
7. Can I use Singapore dollar directly in batam?
No, you will need to convert Singapore dollar into local currency from money changer in Singapore terminal or at batam terminal.
8. Do I need to apply visa to visit batam/bintan?
For ASEAN countries, no need. For other passports like China or India, you can apply visa-on-arrival at batam ferry terminal at about SGD 50/pax.
